Well I’ve decided against the 300zx bbk. Just don’t see a reason for me spending almost $800 for a bbk when it’s not a track car or anything like that. I’ve decided to just go with ebc rotors and pads. I’ll order those on Monday.

After that I want to get lowering springs. Since racingline is no longer selling anything, was wondering if anyone has ever heard of proforged or used products sold by them. I really want to replace the end links before I lowering it. Thanks

The end links? Just go moog, I heard those rl end links were trash anyway. I have twin lowering springs, tein to be exact. I would personally save for coilovers.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about coilovers. How they aren’t worth the headache of adjusting etc. I probably won’t touch the suspension besides just changing older oem parts with new parts. I was going to lower it etc but I’ll jist keep it simple. I currently work for a law enforcement agency and we have been without a contract for 3 years which means when we finally do get a new contract we will get a nice retroactive paycheck. With that I plan on getting an E60. So I will just keep it simple with the max

Thanks. I had to change the front tires. They were 235s and rear is 245. It was causing the SLIP light to come on anytime I was doing over 50 and turn the wheel. Changes the front tires, now the SLIP light doesn’t come on anymore

Ran into an annoying problem today, especially since the real weather is 100 for the past couple days.

When I turn my ac on,the temp gauge goes up. All way up to the redline. Once I turn the ac off,it’ll slowly go back down. It won’t do it if the car is just sitting. I sat in the car parked with the ac on for about 45 minutes and the gauge never moved. Took it for a ride and it crept back up. Turned the ac off and drove and the temp gauge went back down and remained normal.

The fans are working. I checked the radiator and it was a little low,Reservoir was empty so I topped them off.

Any ideas?

Just got these in. These will allow me to bolt up the brembo calipers from any evo8 or evo9 right up to the 12.6 Maxima rotors without any modifications. Sweeet. Now just gotta get my hands on a set of brembos

Yeah Eddy, thats exactly right. He also had the bracket that would have allowed for the 13 cobra rotors but I went the cheaper route as far as long term
