Default 2005 MAXIMA SL TRANS DRAIN/FILL

After I drain and add the 4-5 qt of matik-k trans fluid, is it ok if I add that promax transmission fluid additive, or lucus? I have a 2005 maxima sl? thanks, it reads it helps the transmission out a lot? 23$ or so, not a big deal...just add the entire pint or whatever it is?

I would not put any additives. These transmissions are very very sensitive. Stick to Nissan OEM Fluid.

Somewhat high. Don't think you should drain/refill more than 3.5.

sounds like the car will run for awhile, given the proper maintenance. little things here and there break. steering motor, sounds expensive. maybe unnecessary for now. its a good strong car. oil seals will eventually go, depending on milage and oil type used/ change intervals. suspension will probably the main thing to change after...of course depending on milage / road conditions
