update:

i just tightened the nut thats on the center of the struct on the top. the same nut underneath the "soft/hard" knob. that nut got loose in my way home from long island.

the ride is more relaxed now, i went over the same bumps i did when i first got it installed and its not as harsh as before so thats a plus. i still have to soften the rear a bit, but when i tried to get access through the trunk, i couldnt figure out how to remove those panels. ima PM dolla to see if theres a specific way or just pry it open
